We provide a reliable pickup truck, a professional driver, and fuel for the specified journey—giving you maximum cost control and flexibility. ✅ What's Included • Pickup Truck: Well-maintained truck suitable for your cargo volume. • Professional Driver: Experienced driver ensuring safe and timely transit. • Fuel Costs: All fuel expenses included for the agreed route. ❌ What's Not Included (Customer Responsibilities) • Packing & Unpacking: Customer is responsible for packing items safely prior to loading. • Loading & Unloading: Customer must arrange labor to load and unload items (the driver’s role is strictly limited to driving and overseeing basic cargo arrangement). • Extra Fees: Tolls, parking fees, or site entry fees are not included unless specified. 🎯 Ideal For • Small movers (apartments, dorms, or small offices). • Customers with family or friends available to assist with heavy lifting. • Budget-conscious movers looking to minimize service costs.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Booking Policy Deposit Required: A 10% deposit of the total service value is required to confirm your booking, with a minimum deposit of 1,000 THB. Confirmation: Your booking slot will only be secured once the deposit payment is completed and verified. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Non-refundable: All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of a cancellation. 3. Rescheduling Policy Date Changes: While deposits are non-refundable, you are permitted to change your booking date. Transferability: The deposit paid will be applied toward your rescheduled date. (Please notify us in advance to check for schedule availability). 4. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If your desired date/time is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Notification: If a slot opens up, waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of submission.
