Labor: Full loading at pickup and unloading at your destination. Note: The standard price does not include packing loose items/clutter into boxes. 📦 Premium Optional Add-ons: ➕ Full Option Packing (+3,000 THB): Includes full packing services and all materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape). Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Booking Policy Deposit Required: A 10% deposit of the total service value is required to confirm your booking, with a minimum deposit of 1,000 THB. Confirmation: Your booking slot will only be secured once the deposit payment is completed and verified. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Non-refundable: All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of a cancellation. 3. Rescheduling Policy Date Changes: While deposits are non-refundable, you are permitted to change your booking date. Transferability: The deposit paid will be applied toward your rescheduled date. (Please notify us in advance to check for schedule availability). 4. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If your desired date/time is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Notification: If a slot opens up, waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of submission.
